Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and delivery dates.
3. Payments

- Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule
- Late payments may result in project suspension
- All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
Ownership of deliverables may remain with us until full payment is received.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client
- We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio for marketing purposes
- Third-party software, libraries, or tools remain subject to their respective licenses
5. Revisions and Changes
- Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the project agreement
- Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra costs
- Significant changes may require a revised timeline and quotation
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the project, unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Warranties and Limitations
- We will perform services with reasonable skill and care
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of software
- We are not responsible for third-party services, hosting providers, or platforms
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Maintenance and Support
Ongoing maintenance and support are not included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Support services may be offered under a separate agreement or package.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice if:
- There is a material breach of these Terms
- Payments remain outstanding
- Work becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond control
Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
10. Third-Party Services
We may integrate or recommend third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of those services.
11. Use of Website
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Distribute harmful or malicious content
We reserve the right to restrict access if these Terms are violated.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
